Spammers and net fraudsters can forge e-mails to make them look as if they've come from an established site - unfortunately, that's a growing plague online.
If you ever get an e-mail that LOOKS as if it comes from us but asks for any of the information at item 2 above (or anything else that's not intended to help us to resolve a question you've already asked of us), or asks you to visit a web page to provide personal details, you can be certain it's a forgery, and that the best thing to do is to delete it;
We don't send e-mail attachments, EVER.
That's because so many people use them to spread viruses or Trojan horses that can be used to find your passwords, credit card details, etc.
Again, if you ever get an e-mail claiming to have come from us that has an attachment, it's a forgery - the best thing to do is bin it straight away; in fact...
