Stopping Smoking Gives You Better Health, More Energy, Less Passive Smoking Risks, And Much More Confidence

Stopping Smoking - For Life!

The Easy Way To Give Up Smoking

Stopping Smoking Easily

Bottom of page...

Stopping smoking? Thinking about stopping smoking? Tried before, and given up on stopping smoking? Wish there was an easy way to beat the craving once and for all, and give up smoking easily - for life?

Well, the good news is...

... there IS a way - and it's a whole lot easier than you might think.

First, let's look at...

... some of the reasons you might want to give up smoking.

  • Stopping smoking means you should live longer - it's well-known by now that smoking shortens lives.

  • Stopping smoking means you'll feel much fitter, breathe much better, and have a lot more energy (did you know that cigarettes act as a mild sedative?).

  • Stopping smoking means your family will no longer have to breathe your smoke (passive smoking can be dangerous, especially for children).

  • Stopping smoking means your food has much more flavor.

  • More and more companies are recruiting or promoting non-smokers only.

  • More and more countries are banning smoking in all public places.

  • With all that motivation...

    ... to stop smoking going for you, you'd think it would be easy, wouldn't you?

    The trouble is, it's not.

    It isn't just that cigarettes are physically addictive - there are lots of products on the market that can help you deal with that. The real stumbling-block to trying to give up smoking is so powerful that many people never get beyond it. Worse still, it's so much part of them, they never even understand it's there!

    The need for smoking starts, not in the body, but in the mind.

    The reason why you started smoking wasn't physical addiction. You can't be physically addicted to something you've not tried, and most people's first experience of smoking isn't even very pleasant - in fact, some originally found it almost as difficult to persevere with cigarettes as they find it now to give them up!

    Think for a moment about why you started smoking in the first place.

    The chances are it was to impress someone - a group of friends, perhaps, or someone that you wanted to go out with.

    Maybe you were curious to find out what it felt like, because it seemed sophisticated, cool, attractive, daring.

    Perhaps your friends were teasing you because they were already smokers and you weren't, and you were feeling naïve, childish, awkward and embarrassed in their company.

    What that means is that you found that smoking gave you confidence.

    With a cigarette in your hand, you felt much more assertive, able to speak your mind, ask someone for a date, think more creatively, and cope more calmly under pressure.

    You no longer had to worry about what to do with your hands while you were talking to someone.

    If you didn't know the answer to a question, taking a moment while you lit a cigarette would buy you time to think of what to say.

    Now that you were smoking, you felt grown-up and self-assured.

    You'd won immediate acceptance and success.

    Deep within your inner mind, you still need confidence.

    That's nothing to be ashamed of - everybody does.

    The problem is, your subconscious, inner mind's got used to the idea of gaining confidence from cigarettes.

    Your inner mind's the part that controls your actions, impulses, motivation, thoughts and pretty nearly everything you do.

    That means that every time your confidence could use a boost (and for most people, that means many times a day), it's prompting you to light a cigarette... and the more you fight against it, the harder it will try to make you do it.

    That's the problem most “stop smoking” products just can't handle.

    The good news is that this one CAN.

    That's because, unlike conventional ways to combat smoking, it actually tackles the fundamental reason why you started smoking in the first place - and why you've carried on till now.

    It does this in six ways:-

  • It helps you build your confidence and self-esteem completely naturally, in ways that don't rely on artifical outside help;

  • It helps you to develop a healthy love of clean, fresh air;

  • It strengthens your desire for and commitment to a healthy lifestyle, which will boost your energy;

  • It conditions you to draw your confidence from a healthy, energy-giving lifestyle, rather than the damaging effects of smoking you've experienced before;

  • It encourages you to practice deep and stress-reducing relaxation; and

  • It supports you in believing that you can achieve anything you really put your mind to.

  • How can any product do all this for you?

    Quite simply - and with virtually no effort from yourself!

    It does it by enlisting the help of the part of you that governs every single thing you ever do - your inner, or subconscious mind.

    Your subconscious mind controls your autonomic functions - that means all the things you do without ever having to think of them, like making sure your lungs breathe, and your heart beats, that you feel hungry when you need more food, and tired when your body needs some rest.

    The problem is, it also dictates the way you feel, and therefore how you're going to act... and it does it based on its experience of how you've felt, and what you've done, before.

    That's just why...

    ... habits like smoking are so hard to break - because your inner mind's trying to save you the effort of having to think about every move by putting what you regularly do on auto-pilot for you.

    In this case, it means that unless you can reprogram your subconscious mind to change the guidance that it's giving you, the harder you try to give up smoking, the harder it will prompt you to light up!
