...are very powerful in persuading your subconscious mind to bring about the changes that you want to make to help you achieve success in all your dreams and goals.

You should use them at least twice a day, preferably first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Relax completely, and read them slowly (you can say the words out loud if you want, for even greater, more persuasive effect), and focus on them as strongly as you can - the more strongly you can visualise their meaning, and picture yourself feeling and doing exactly as they say, the more dynamic the effect they'll have on your subconscious, and the more quickly they will take effect to help you to achieve success and reach your goals.
