Your Easy Way To A Stress-Free Life

Free Your Life From Stress

Bottom of page...

Stress is one of the biggest killers in the developed world today.

How much would you benefit from getting rid of stress from your life?

Stress is a major cause of:-

  • heart attacks;

  • high blood pressure;

  • strokes; and

  • ulcers (some types, if they burst, can kill in 15 minutes).

  • It's believed to be a contributory factor in...
  • alcholism;

  • drug addiction;

  • road rage; and

  • domestic and other violence.

  • There are even some doctors who believe stress causes cancer.

    What Causes Stress?

    Many people suffering from stress blame one or more of the following factors:-

  • Overwork, or difficulties with the boss or colleagues;

  • Financial problems;

  • Health reasons; or

  • Family or domestic problems.

  • The truth is much more simple.

    Stress is a response to mankind's deepest fear -
    the fear of being powerless.

    A heavy workload doesn't cause you stress if you know that you can handle, automate, reduce or delegate it.

    A difficult relationship doesn't need to stress you if the two of you can talk about it calmly so that you can sort things out, or if it's a family relationship with a distant relative you hardly ever see.

    It's when you haven't any way to get away from overwork or irritation that you start to suffer stress.

    Working a 7-day week and not having the opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries will cause you stress.

    The frustration of working for a boss who constantly demands more work from you without understanding how much can, or can't, be done within a day will do the same.

    Constantly struggling to make ends meet financially, or having the same arguments with a partner that you can't communicate effectively with... the list of things that trigger stress responses is a long one.

    The good news is, they all have one big thing in common...

    They CAN'T cause stress if you know how to prevent it from arising.

    How CAN You Prevent Stress From Arising?

    The way to stop stress in its tracks is to reprogram your inner, or subconscious, mind to respond differently to stress-producing situations.

    Your subconscious mind's responsible for controlling your body's autonomic systems - things like regulating your heartbeat and your breathing.

    It also governs your production of adrenalin - the chemical that powers your response when you're in danger.

    The problem is, it can't distinguish between when you're in physical danger that might need a tremendous burst of energy to fuel your fight-or-flight response, and when the danger's of another kind - like a deadline looming for unfinished work, or a family argument.

    The fight-or-flight response is not appropriate for that kind of situation, but the adrenalin you're producing in great quantities needs to be used up somehow... so it expresses itself as stress.

    That means you need to train your mind to react in a new way - not by producing adrenalin, but by triggering a positive state of relaxed alertness.

    What IS A State Of Relaxed, Stress - Free Alertness?

    Relaxed alertness is the very opposite of stress.

    It's a state of mental clarity and calmness, where you can keep each situation firmly in proportion and can find some new, original, constructive ways of dealing with it.

    It overcomes the state of fear or panic stress can cause, and frees you to find solutions to the problems that you're dealing with... solutions that will work far better for you than any you can think of under stress.

    What's more, because it's the exact opposite of stress, relaxed alertness and a state of stress cannot exist together.

    That means that just as when you feel stressed-out you can't relax, so when you put yourself in a state of relaxed alertness stress no longer can have power over you.

    Relaxed alertness is therefore the perfect antidote to stress.

    All you have to do to access it, whenever you might want to, is to reprogram your subconscious, inner mind so that when you're facing a challenging situation it will automatically trigger a state of relaxed alertness in response - a state that will let you deal with what you're doing without the slightest hint of stress.

    So, How Can You Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind?

    Quite simply - and with virtually no effort from yourself!
